Due to the customised nature of our products, all purchases are final and refunds/exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to request evidence the product was delivered damaged or faulty.
You may opt for a refund or replacement of the damaged or faulty item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/evidence of damage, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be provided to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For replacements, we will fulfil and ship the items to you within 1 - 4 days.
